Spring comes quickly this year; a shorter, less painful winter this time around. I have a hunch the weather's gonna be much more appropriate for 'building', assuming I can find the parts.

We're still in Evansville, Indiana. Only a few, serious sections of the ship remain incomplete. Here's a rundown.

Shower Stall/Bathroom Extravaganza

The most-forward section is all bathroom and utility drawers, except what got 'turned down' for utility storage- a furnace has to go somewhere.

The shower is intentionally huge; After cramped quarters for so many years, I wanted something with plenty of space, and it's here- four feet by seven feet, every inch, from floor to ceiling is shower. No wasted space for entry ways or other niceities- it's all shower.

The toilet is a traditional affair, against the far wall and next to the utility storage. All the plumbing underside needs installing, as well. This is no one-night job.

Air Conditioning

Damaged by heat stroke at some point, heat has an adverse effect on me. Putting in a working A/C without a king's ransom these days is a tall order, but I have a plan. It's also intended to be offered to a school that teaches HVAC for that purpose. It's an 'out of the box' idea that should prove both novel and flexible.

Tow Vehicle

Yeah, it's been many years since I got the trailer and I still don't have a tow vehicle. That would ordinarily seem to be a paradox, but seeing how slowly the process goes, a new truck would be starting to show it's age right about now, wouldn't it?

This isn't a mere human design; the timings, heck, even the aquisition of materials are on a pace not scripted by me. Parts arrive when needed, including slack time to get ME ready for IT, not just IT ready for ME.  If you'd spent as many years trying to get on the road as I, you'd understand.

Underside Closure

At some, near-final point the underside will be both insulated and enclosed with 1/4" courrugated plastic. This will isolate the temperature paths as well as keep things inside nice and tidy. I've already located a vendor, specifications, and lack only money and the appropriate time to pull the trigger.

Entertainment System completion

I'm still waiting to get a flat screen for the bedroom portside wall; not a big one...I've put a small one in place; if I had a 42" in there it'd be like a movie theater! Everything else, including music and TV storage is more or less complete (and never completely "done" anyway) so it should be considered "done".

In summary: Still a long way to go.
